Over the past week, I have been working on my practical work, as well as starting my essay draft and forming an email that includes questions for a professional story-writer.

| City Scape I have begun sketching out the details of my city-scape piece to prepare for the painting segment. This is will take a while, and so I think I will only be making two big pieces: This piece and the desert piece. If I have enough time, I will continue with the third Idea - which is the jungle horror piece. |

Desert World For this piece I have been working on the colours and shading of the foreground, midground and the background, and I feel that I am close to completing it. I will be focusing on the essay writing throughout the next week, but I will also be working on this. Presentation Update |
I have more or less completed my presentation of different worlds as part of my research, and from this I have found different categories of worldbuilding, which I shall be writing about in my essay.
Essay Writing
I have begun writing my first draft for my essay, and I will continue to do so over the next week. I have structured the essay beforehand and hope to stick with this structure I have made for myself.
Questions for Christie Golden
These are draft questions that I will be asking the story author Christie Golden in an email regarding worldbuilding. Hopefully she will answer them and I will have first hand research.
